Not as expected for the price

The piece looked beautiful, but for the price I was very disappointed in the quality of the chain, which I had to break to replace with a less expensive but better quality option I purchased from Amazon. The clasp simply didn’t completely close on the one that was sent with the pendant, which for a $700 purchase was very disappointing. It was also a nightmare to fill, the screw broke as I was attempting to thread it back in, and i had to improvise and ended up having to file it down. I didn’t have any of these issues with less expensive silver options I purchased from other vendors. I wanted a better quality, custom piece to remember my mother, but was disappointed.

It’s beautiful. I wish the etching was a little deeper so you could see it better but my husband’s ashes sit right above my heart and that’s what I wanted. Thank you.

Loved it until…

Loved this until the gold loop at the top came apart and now I’m afraid to wear it as I don’t want to lose it. For the price you’d think they would’ve soldered it together. Money wasted.
