Wrong colour, no response when emailed about it

Wallet is great quality and looks excellent. When I received my wallet the colour wasn’t quite as dark as I expected. Customer service responded to my concern and were very helpful and went out of their way to resolve the issue for me. They really showed that they care about their customers’ experience and satisfaction. I will shop with them again in the future.
