Wander! Bow Harness Kit Lilac - Gold

I was really happy with my order initially but less than six months later the clip on the harness keeps failing at random and my dog has slipped out of the harness twice now. I can no longer trust it to be a safe option when walking my dog. Considering the price point i expected better longevity. I did reach out to customer service to discuss my issue and possibly get a refund or replacement but i have had no reply.
