I am a slow, thoughtful reader. This mug is a note to myself that I do not have to feel the pressure to read a book so quickly.

Although the mug has more heft than expected, I'm getting used to it, realizing the heft it due to the ceramic thickness which provides superb insulation thereby retaining the coffee's warmth. And it is a beautiful mug -- love the colors
