Pure Rose Balancing Toner

The bottle leaked inside the package. The plastic dispenser part at the top of the bottle broke so the only way to use this is to pour lots of it out. Maybe it's a good product but I haven't gotten that far yet. I will prefer to purchase something with usable packaging.
