Sea-Vegetables Powder (Wild-Harvested)

The jar lives on my dining table because I sprinkle a bit of it on everything, eggs, pasta, soup, salad etc. The flavor is light and it enhances the nutritional value of food.

I was glad to find out that the taste of the sea-vegetable powder isn't too fishy or pungent. I bought it for its health benefits but was thinking it would be like 'making the medicine go down'. But it's subtle and it's been an addition to my daily avocado toast -- and an addition to my egg salad.
