Shopping from the web you are always hesitant about purchases. I can tell you this company has gone above and beyond for me. They not only offer great pricing and website is easy to navigate through. They keep you informed once you place your order. As my order got lost in the transit once it reached my mail carrier location, I had no other option but to reorder again. I got notification my second order was shipped. Then well as I would have imagined a week later my original package was found and sent to my home. Postal Service misplaced it! Well I emailed in and told Cosmas they found my first package and I needed to return the second order. NOT ONLY did they refund my money they told me to keep the second order and use it in good faith. I got my order and it was exactly what I ordered. Great customer service and products are great. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends/family. Use them you wont be disappointing!!!

Wrong knob

I thought I was ordering a replacement knob for a previous order, but it was the wrong one. Also, the screw that it comes with is too short. I need a longer one for the drawer.
