Well made, wonderful customer service with answers AND, I love opening my drawers with one large pul instead of 2 silly small bars!!!

I ordered sample hardware for the kitchen in our new house, and the products were great quality and at a great price point too. To be honest, the pricing of the products made me think that we would be getting a cheap cabinet pull. However, the products feel like an expensive and high quality industrial type hardware. They felt heavy and the quality of the paint & finishes of the hardware was 5 Star!

I previously rated this lower solely because the system said my order had not been sent and it had been quite a while. I am changing it because I received a prompt response and customer service. Tge order had actually been shipped but is held up due to troubles with shipping and covid. Another order has been shipped a carrier method. This was the only place I could find this size handle. I have their smaller sizes and like them. Just some of my kitchen drawers needed a bigger size.
