Battery

Funcitionality of product was fine. Packaging was not. Batteries were just put in thin cardboard boxes with no padding. Shipping was rough enough for them to break out of boxes completely. This could have lead to broken connectors and possible short circuit. Products were dusty dirty.

Was on backorder for a very long time.
