Customer Service is Great

I recommend this company simply based on their customer service. I ordered a bouquet from them not knowing they were going to be closed during the time that I had requested delivery. They sent me an email notifying me, which I wasn't too happy about it but I accepted the situation. A few days later a very sweet gentleman called me to discuss my options for delivery, completely unprompted. He empathized with my situation of sending this to my grandfather in an assisted living center and me wanting it to get there before his birthday. The order was expedited and he received it yesterday, a week before his birthday. He was impressed by the packaging and stated that it was wrapped well and all of the chocolates were intact and cold when they arrived. Thank you so much CST!

I liked the ability to schedule a delivery at a future date. I liked the fact that you had a cold pack option to keep the chocolate from melting and I liked the ability to select the candy I wanted. I think my grandchildren will be pleased with the package! Carl Allen
