This isn’t one of those old wool beanies that feels like your forehead lost a fight with a Brillo pad. It’s soft, warm, and comfortable enough to wear all day without getting itchy or overheated. Definitely a beanie I’d recommend to anyone looking for something comfortable that still keeps you warm.

Keeps the head cozy

Simple, comfortable and no frills beanie. I’ve got several in blaze orange for hunting with the little man Felt really great replacing several hats made by “American” companies that were made anywhere but here. I wear mine for everything outdoors in the winter - hunting (bow or rifle), hiking, working, whatever. I’ve had some for nearly two years of hard use. Still holding up.

Best Not-For-Winter Beanie

Having hair after mid-life is a blessing... no question. However, long locks means more time to prep and get ready even if you're on dad-duty to drop a kid off at school. Its no surprise that during the winter months I keep a beanie on all the time. And yes, sometimes I break all etiquette rules and just keep it on in the house. Its either that or do something with my hair. Don't get me wrong its great to go to a college reunion and wave it around like Fabio.. but the everyday sscchtuff just shouldn't require preparation. THAT"S WHERE THIS HAT COMES IN: Its a perfect beanie to wear 10 months a year. No joke here. If you're planning a trip to climb Everest.. this is not your hat. But man if you're going to lacrosse practice or to the gym in April or September this hat is clutch! Disclosure: I own every color and if you don't follow the instructions to wash it by hand and your wife puts it in the dryer... the Origin logo disappears on the leather. 8(
