The Arlo Kindle Backpack

I made an order for 2 bags. My order sat as pending with no estimated shipping date for 2 weeks. I messaged them but got an ai response that they have my order and ill get a message when it ships. I didnt hear anything for another week. When I messaged about wanting to cancel my order if I didnt get any update soon, they did not respond to my email and I got a notification that the shipping label was made. My stuff was delivered a week later. I ordered a double scoop kindle bag and an arlo backpack. The backpack has a clear pouch on the front that has a removable enamel pin display. My bag did not come with this pin display. I emailed them but did not receive anything response. I messaged them on Facebook and got a response that they were sorry and they wanted my email and order number and would get it fixed. I responded and after 2 days they did not open any messages. I did email them again that I want a refund if they cannot provide the pin holder or if I do not get any response

I absolutely love my back pack. Its got plenty of space. My kindle is well protected. The backpack is very light with everything in it.

Obsessed per usual! A little too big for everydsy use but it seriously fits so much stuff!!
