I made my first order on-line, super easy. Then about an hour later, I was advised that I would need a duplicate order; sent to an alterative address. My cell phone was less then helpful when placing the order. I called TBL; spoke to an amazing customer service rep, she placed the second order for me. Because time was of the essence, I plaid for the expedited shipping. The first order was received, within 24 hours of it being placed! I was so impressed. The second order, well, it became lost between the post office and my office. I called TBL, we tried to track the package down, but, could not. TBL sent me a third order, refunded my expedited shipping, and I had it the next business day. Each person I spoke to was kind, courteous and professional. And the sheer swiftness of the response, was impressive. Thank you for your amazing service! *Oh, and the product is great too :)
