The Oxford Rose

Great communication throughout - Bronwin from Customer Services contacted me to let me know that my order would arrive a day late due to unforeseen circumstances, and I received it in the morning of the very next day. The flowers when they arrived were beautifully packaged and once cut and placed into a vase, looked gorgeous. I ordered a dozen red roses, all of them were open, not buds, but still looked lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Oxford & Rose again.

We got there in the end! Glad for the assured delivery option - so important - and so grateful for the smile it put on my fiancé’s face, even though they did t arrive in time for the engagement party, the compensation made her so happy.

The outer packaging can be improved but otherwise excellent service thank you
