Presso Smartshot - Soft Teal

This one is really nice, but less solid and more tippy than the older model. It is very pretty, though. The espresso it makes is excellent.

Very difficult to use effectively. I’ve spent considerable time watching tutorials and reading articles to troubleshoot my clearly incorrect usage. It leaks when I pour in the initial water, is extremely difficult to push down, shoots pressurized water out of the seal when I squeeze the arms, and produces a watery shoot of swill. I will continue to work on this, but my initial reaction is not good. I’ve adjusted dose amount, increased and decreased grind size, used different amounts of pressure, but I cannot get even a decent shot. Never once have I produced any crema. Very frustrating experience overall.

I was looking for an easy to use no assembly required espresso maker that does not have all the plastic internal parts that a lot of espresso machines have and love this ROK espresso maker. Works great easy to make my one cup of espresso every day!
