Coconut Dyed Shoreline Twill Shorts

I read a review before I bought them. That the hem gets wrinkled. I ironed it but it doesn’t help after the next wash. The shorts are expensive and shouldn’t do that. Are cut wrong from the fabric my old blue ones don’t do that?
