I would not be without these during the spring, summer, and fall months (California). They work for problem perspiration. They just do. My only complaint is that they have a very strong clove smell which transfers to bedding and pajamas. Also, they used to be effective for 7 days, but now they last for 5 days. Not sure if the formula changed.
