Excellent bit of kit, theres is one caveat though. The plastic slide sleeve that covers the plastic engaging lock can fall off the collar a little too easily. Maybe a metsl pinch clasp release would be a better longbterm solution, tgen it would be bullet proof!

The customer service is prompt and efficient. I already have one of these collars the quality of this product is to a very high standard they work great to aid training. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the sport with a high drive dog

Brilliant, nice and easy to fit. And when taught how to use it correctly the dogs behaviour changes almost instantly with little to no pressure. I especially like how the dog no long chokes himself like on the flat collar, slip lead, harness but instead walks on a loose lead at the side of the owner.
