It is working well.

I am impressed with the M1 so far, but my cats are not. I like the set up with the open top. Safety was very important when making the decision. The M1 is quiet for me. I have not owned another brand, so I can not compare. With that said, it was more quiet than I thought it was going to be. Customer service is great. The first one I ordered had damage on the side. They were responsive in a short order to get it corrected. They weight feature is nice, and the app doesn't send a million notifications everytime the cat uses the litter box. Which is great! Overall, the amount of time I did researching automatic litter boxes, I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend!
