FX-1 Slim Pro Pants O.D. Green

These are the Best Work Pants that I have ever owned. I have had Helly Hanson, Carhart and Blacklader but nothing touches these pants. They are tough, comfortable, professional looking and I get compliments all the time on them. Very happy Customer... Kevin

I really want to love these pants. I was looking for something Canadian, so that and definitely the design pulled me in. Huge applause for those 2 things. For the most part they are quite comfortable, so much so that I almost forget I'm wearing them! But there are a few hiccups. My perfect size would be 31x33 - which you sadly don't have (maybe consider the odd sizes...please?). The adjustable elastic waist helps a lot, but then the pants pucker a bit which is slightly less comfortable and looks a little weird. It is probably better for micro-adjusting rather than jumping a full size. The 32" length is ok, until I squat, kneel, or cross my legs, (I wear the pants with shoes when I'm not working since they are so cool, but then I get bare ankles...I hate bare ankles). So possibly I should have done the 34", or have a second pair for everyday wear. My workboots are 8" tall, and prior to ordering I had emailed you to see if the slim pants would fit over the top of my boots. They do, but barely, and it is a bit of a struggle to get them over the top - the stretchiness helps. I'm sure the relaxed fit would work, but I do love the feel of the slim fit. I get it though, it's tough to get one pair of pants that covers all the bases. I love the pocket storage, heavier knees, heavy stitching, extra belt loops - those are beautiful features for workpants. The attention to these details is laudable. And my phone fits perfectly in the side pocket which is waaaaayyy better than having it in a back pocket. I have't done a bunch of abusive work yet, so I cannot comment on the durability. Fit perfectly, great materials and comfortable. Used to only use carhart and have since switched over.
