Slow shipping but great product

I was starting to get nervous when it took several weeks to receive my regalia. I emailed customer service several times and they were quick to respond to each email. I eventually received my order and was very impressed. It was very high quality and worth the wait.

Surpassed my expectations, truly! This was the best priced option I could find and it turned out to be beautifully made. The craftsmanship was every bit as good as the much more expensive options and shipping was fast! I also had to reach out to customer service at one point to ask how quickly it could be shipped and I spoke with a real person within 24 hours who was more than happy to work with me to get the gown here by my event. I would absolutely order again and I am spreading the word on this company!
