I was rudely informed that I never ordered this product (via email), which was untrue since my invoice on both the web page AND my email stated that I did (along with a peppermint, which I received TWO of by mistake). Now, hilariouly, I'm being asked to review it. Further, I was told that I should CALL the company to place orders since I could not understand how to use the web page. I am not a first time customer, btw. However, if ordering on a business webpage is supposely that difficult...it's probably time to change the page (especially since I keep being told by said webpage that I did order the product). Or, if there *can* be any confusion, maybe double check with the customer first -- giant corporations do it, seems a courtesy that "family" business might do as well. Funny though, my bank decided in my favor, and happily refunded the money. You know, if there had been at least polite communication or an email, I probably could have lived with the error without an $11 refund. As it stands, I have no intention of buying these products again, including from local businesses where I was getting them as well. And yes, it's a shame, I did enjoy supporting this type of business. Good day.
