The bracelet was absolutely adorable! My granddaughter loved it. I did have to contact customer service as I need to upsize the bracelet for her. I think the charms take up a bit of room and made it tight. Customer service emailed me promptly and all is well. I will certainly be ordering again as Christmas is coming!
