Canadian Buyer

The product itself came out fantastic. I ordered three large prints and was very happy with how they all looked. Codex Anatomicus also had a great online promotion when I purchased these prints so for the price I paid the prints themselves would get 5/5 stars. As a Canadian buyer, I had seen other comments mentioning that they waited a rather long time for the product to arrive and I have to admit I had the same experience. I don't think I can fault Codex Anatomicus for this, however, it is something to consider if you're buying and from Canada. It wouldn't stop me from buying from Codex Anatomicus in the future, but be prepared to wait a rather long time for the prints to arrive. Shipping also resulted in some scant damage to the edges of the prints, but after putting them in frames, it was hardly noticeable. Again, not something I can blame on Codex Anatomicus. They do a good job at sandwiching the prints between two hard sheets of cardboard to protect them from such damage. However, I do wish they made the cardboard sheets slightly larger dimensions than the prints to give some buffer room for edge damage, similar to what I saw on my final product upon delivery. For these reasons, I would not say the experience was a complete 5/5 experience Canadian buyers, but I would definitely purchase from Codex Anatomicus again. Lastly, the quality of their service. They are VERY quick to reply to you if you have any concerns, they are very friendly, and they seem to really care that you as the buyer are satisfied. When I informed them that I was still waiting on my prints they even offered to re-send them for me. I declined the offer as I decided to keep waiting, but it was extremely kind of them. Their service gets 5/5 stars.
