Misleading size guide

Nice product and seems to be in good quality. Strange recommendation on fit/size before purchase. I entered the requested details (age, height etc) and was recommended to purchase XL. I usually use Medium size clothes, so I was surprised with Henry Lloyd proposal. I adjusted to Large size pants, but when I received it I realized that I should have chosen Medium. Henry Lloyd should adjust (or at least provide additional comments to) the guided sizing.

Excellent shorts I'm 34" waist and had large size and they fit great the waistband adjusters are superb and they look superb of quality

Good quality but had to send back 3 times as their sizes run very slow compared to for example Levis. Always a size 34 in Levis, so got a medium, ended up having to get a XL
