I don’t have an issue with the product per se, but I do have an issue with getting responses back when sending email to support. I’ve submitted a request for someone to review my subscription and have not heard back in over 2 weeks. I selected football and basketball, but received baseball in my box. If I don’t get a response soon, or still receive baseball in my next box I would cancel. Better communication would be key.
