She answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns such that I could order with confidence. The product (handrail) worked out well. It was exactly what I was looking for.Two thumbs up! (One negative: Restocking fee is too high. I wanted to exchange the endcap with endscroll, but I was not going to get much back by returning the already purchased items. I am spoiled by Amazon's no cost return.)
