I have used this product so many times and I’ve never had a consistent result. I have been doing lash lifts for 7 years. I did the entire Giusto training twice and did everything according to the instructions I have reordered and tried and tried obviously giving this product too many chances. I’ve also had many complaints of eye irritation during and after the service, though I have used the specific safety protocols. The smell of it also sticks to the lift shields though I am thorough with proper cleansing and sanitation and it makes our supplies smell horrible almost burnt. I am unable to return my last order which is just bad customer service. I am so disappointed I have wasted so much money re-doing our clients lashes thinking it was our mistake when our other lash lift products worked flawlessly and gave perfect results every time. The timing is also incorrect as I’ve had to leave it on for so much longer to get the lashes to lift at all which makes me extremely uncomfortable.

Amazing first try

I was pretty impressed how my client's lashed turned out, she has medium thick lashes and wasn't sure how much I could push the processing time and I did! needless to say I was also scared for the integrity of the lashes, fear not! I processed those lashes for about 15 mins and they looked very healthy and shiny.
