Perfect shoe for me

I have been focusing on buying new well fitting shoes for my wider feet and decided on these. I have always loved the country brogue style and I already have plenty of sleeker shoes that fit but have a gap at the more casual end of my wardrobe, so I went for these. I’m a UK9 and went for the 8. 5, as recommended for a shoe on the 4444 last, and they are great. Extremely generous in the instep volume and the perfect width for my forefoot. I love the fit. I am glad I settled on the marron antique color. The classic acorn looks amazing, but just isn’t to my particular taste. The marron is stunning, I was worried it would be too red, and it is quite red but it’s brown enough and dark enough that it pairs well with all kinds of outfits and doesn’t look flashy or unusual at all. The fit is spot on for my feet and after wearing them around the house for just a couple of hours they are already the most comfortable leather shoes I have ever owned. I wore them out the other day and they were extremely comfy the whole day even almost brand new. I’m blown away.

Very well made and beautiful shoe. Fits well because of the larger last. Perfect size for a UK 13 in a 6 fit width. Great shoe and outstanding craftsmanship. !!!
