Warranty top notch however this time around they weren’t able to actually build the wheel because of an issue with tariffs. Still love my wheels and excited to eventually try their new edition if current one happens to fail.

Amazing service, comms and quality. Cracking a rim was unfortunate, but I'm impressed that I was still able to put a tube in and ride all the way out. I barely even notice a difference in the ride, except for the tube, and the wheel was still straight enough to not cause issues or rub. It would have been a very long walk out in the dark otherwise from the top of Martha Creek.
