Replacement Scooter Success

I ordered a scooter that not very soon after stopped working. They quickly took the info and sent a replacement that got here much quicker than I thought and even arrived on my son's birthday!

First off, love these scooters and appreciate your customer service. I do wish when I have sent emails that I wouldn’t have to wait a day for a response. I believe it would be very beneficial to have videos that show how to make repairs on the scooters. I also think that the throttle part that is plastic and breaks often was made with a different material as I have had to replace them 5 times in less than a year on our two scooters. I have gotten pretty good at making the repairs. I ordered extra parts as one of my boys used his rear brakes and popped the tires and had to replace them. When I finally had to replace them, one was damaged, likely during shipping. You would not replace those but did offer discounts which I appreciated. Great overall but some parts need updating.
