'BURNOUT' Straight-leg Sweatpants

The sweats themselves are absolutely 5 stars. My son really wanted these but baggier, so we sized up two sizes to get the looseness he wanted. That worked out perfectly. 4 stars because I had to contact customer support twice before they shipped, despite being in stock with a 6-10 business day window for shipping (the first time I was told this and two other orders that also didn't ship when expected were in production), and because it was a month after ordering before everything arrived. Customer Support was fast in responding, so I'd still probably but from them again.
