It was the best service alongside with the product itself. I would definitely recommend it to my friends , and the product is made of high quality as well, which fits my expectations.

Poor service delivery

I ordered my mousepad at the end of November, knowing that it was an international shipment I was patient with it and waited throughout the whole of December for it .. January came by and I asked for a follow up as its status was in shipped, the response I got was that it couldn’t be shipped to my location and I asked why and got no response . I was offered a refund or an attempt to reship the mousepad and I still chose to reship as I really wanted it, I finally then got the order in February but I had to keep checking the delivery status to know when it was shipped and available for collection.. The mousepad is just as I thought it would be, amazing. The service however I received and delay of my delivery and the lack of communication I received was severely disappointing. I understand things happen and stuff can be delayed but there is no reason to keep your customers in the dark and I wouldn’t have minded waiting an extra month if I had to. I would have just appreciated being told what the issue with it was and that there would be a delay.

Quality is not bad

Quality is nog bad but its also not the best on the market to be critical, and shiping to EU takes very long time without any notifications or awareness from when the packet would be delivered, but the designs are awesome nothing can touch that... but the materials used, for me personal could be better if it was a little bit thicker.
