Beautiful fabric but color of the fabric sample background is much darker than the way it appears in the photo

Beautiful fabric with birds

Love the traditional look with birds! The linen fabric is good quality. The colors are more muted than what you see online but are still beautiful. The samples do not give you a good representation of of this larger print, but I was glad I could order that first to check the colors which are lovely.

For lovers of nature and classic design

The fabric sample I received shows the wide spectrum of soft colors in this pattern. The pix online, at least on my screen, make the background appear greenish, but the actual sample was more buff in tone. It works perfectly with my trim color, 'Bracken Biscuit' by Benjamin Moore; what I would call a warm neutral. I'm considering various uses. Decisions, decisions! The price makes it hard to pass up!
