Vintage Espresso Cups With Wooden Handle

Orderd three of these Espresso Cups. Beautiful! Only problem is: two of the three handles fell off within a month. I emailed Snaw to see if they could rectify the issue…. Waited a week before posting this, to see if they were willing to offer good customer service, but no reply. I love a premium product, but only when accompanied by premium customer service. Shame guys.
