Works as intended, I like the digitial ID feature and can think of ways to improve it aswell, and the overall design is sleek and stylish, great product! 5 stars

WHY did it take so long to find you?(see what I did there?)

These things are the top of the line advancement in tracking. SO easy to set up... so easy to find... great sound. Haven't had to use the customer Service so I can't speak to that. But if it is half as good as the tracker? Gotta be spot on.
