Snug as a bug

Very snug and comfortable. My husband had a pair for years and it was time to replace. After trying to sort the sizing out (didn’t have size 10-11), I bought the slightly longer one and they are fine. New uggs feel wonderful and I’m going to ask for some for my birthday.

Early same evening Customer Service emailed me to advise my chosen colour wasn't available in my size and offered an alternative colour or more expensive alternative model scuff at the same price. 100% customer focused, fast, efficient and great company to deal with. My new scuffs arrived without delay and are beautifully comfortable. 100% highly recommended.
