Really well organized
These classes were really well organized with all the info provided in advance. The video was easy to follow and provided for a very enjoyable evening of decorating.

Beyond my skill level (probably)
This was my least favorite of all the Graceful Baker classes I’ve taken, but I’ve taken a lot and have loved all of them. This one I just found to be a little frustrating because the icing consistency seems to need to be just right to get the desired results on a couple of the designs. In the end, to save my sanity, I just started improvising. This set also took considerably longer than all the others I’ve done. I still had fun, and I’m still happy with the way my cookies ultimately turned out. (We’ve already eaten the ones I consider “failures,” so they are not pictured here.) One last note: It was kind of hard to tell the difference between the light blue and the dark blue in the video.

Somewhat Difficult but Great Fun!
I did this class early on in my quest to learn cookie decorating and didn't actually notice it was a more advanced class. My hand wasn't as steady as it is now so it was a little tricky to make perfect symmetry in the snowflakes. Still they got lots of ooos an ahhhhs from family and friends for their beautiful colors and textures. I might not do this one as a complete beginner but it won't be long until you have enough confidence to make beautiful snowflakes. I look forward to trying them again next winter.
