4” Fluted casing

I literally searched the entire web looking for this product in 96” lengths. Although it to several searches I was convinced that I would have to change my decision to use a fluted casing as an accent trim for my new addition until I found White River. They were one of only 2 companies that I found that stocked this hard to find trim in wood. I ordered the casing through their customer support and spoke with Stacey who was extremely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my trim earlier than expected as it was shipped from nearly 2000 mile from my home. The trim was professionally packaged to ensure no damage to the trim. Upon opening and inspecting the trim, I found that one verticals splits in the wood presumably a result from the milling process. I contacted Stacey by email and she immediately ensured me that the piece would be replaced. I received a replacement piece in less than 5 days at no charge. Well done Stacey!! I can’t thank you enough!!!

I am very pleased with the casing and it was shipped in a timely manner. It was my first order from White River and I have booked marked the Web site for future use.
