Electrolyte Gummies - Hydration Formula

Normally, I just buy pre-workout things, but I bought these because after my workout there are times with muscle cramps and other things where I need to make sure to replace more electrolytes than what I sweat out during a workout. Most people will take an electrolyte drink in the morning and think they’re good for the day but if you work out hard like me, it’s not true. Adding a few more tasty electrolytes is always a good idea.

Great taste. Helps with my lack of hydration as of lately.

Sorry but I didn’t like the taste.
