Demon Hunter Rumi Jacket Cosplay Sewing Pattern (Digital Download)

Great pattern!

Did a group cosplay for a recent con (I'm the Mira and the only one out of us three who can sew lmao), and this pattern saved me SO MUCH TIME. I was originally planning to make it myself, but I ended up doing that for several of the other pieces first and didn't really have enough time to also do that for the jacket. I used matte satin for the yellow and the white, and a faux suede for the black. The pattern worked up pretty quick, the longest part was the patch details. I ended up hand painting all of those, so having the designs printed directly onto the pattern pieces was very helpful. Used an LED pad I found in a drawer to see the design through the fabric and it worked out great. Also, since I was con crunching near the end there, not all of the white pieces line up as well as they should, but that was entirely my fault (and it's not super noticable anyway). Overall, wonderful pattern, easy to understand and very fun to make! :D

Great pattern - easy to follow instructions.

This is a great pattern. I wasn't able to use leather so I used a cotton/poly for the outside and a fleece for the lining. As a novice sewer I was grateful for the large seam allowance.
