Eye Dust - Matte Pigment-17

The brightest blue pigmented eyeshadow that's great for a bright pop of color.

These are my favorite bc I love using inglot with them and making colorful liners.

I’ve been looking for this exact color for ages, but had been unable to find an eyeshadow that gave me this rich of pigment upon first application. The loose powder is incredibly fine and soft (making it easy to apply and blend), and also very easy to remove if i make a mistake; i’m a bit of a makeup novice, so this was a major bonus for me!
