Was give a tin of this cream by a friend, said try this to see if it helps my wrist at night when it would get really sore as the temperature starts cooling down . I was amazed by how much it releaves pain, for years I've tried lots of different products but nothing worked, until now. I highly recommend this product to any one who is suffering from joint pain .
