Amazing sleeper coffee!

This one took me by surprise. It's not an inexpensive bean by any means, but it punches WAY above its weight class. I bought this and the COE #5 bean at the same time. while the COE bean is very good, this one honestly is even better! Tasting notes are pretty accurate. I get raspberry and cinnamon upfront with a pleasantly astringent backend that teases juuuust a bit of dark chocolate.
