If your pet is like mine, they have a built-in clock when it comes to feeding time. When you can't be there, the next best thing is having dinner served and hearing your voice- Two sounds they love to hear- food hitting the dish and you. This Smart Max HD Feeder does it all. One of the best things I can say, (as someone who is not tech-savvy, having to set up and connect things to wifi)- setting this up out of the box was a cakewalk. The one thing I needed help with, recording my voice, (which I didn't need to get the feeder working) came quickly from customer service. The staff is very responsive. The machine is so well-built, functions perfectly and stays clean, I cannot say enough about how thrilled I am with this purchase. I’m looking to add a water fountain to this set. I highly recommend this feeder and the Penthouse Pets line.
