Item works great and is handy to have, especially since it can fit in my pocket. But I don't find the spray itself to be as effective as advertised and while I'm sure it's a proprietary blend the cartridge refills are too expensive for how long they last (a little over a week with one or two sprays a day). I very well may have an underlying oral health issue so not totally dismissing the effectiveness but worth pointing out for others it's not a silver bullet. That said the flavors that I've tried all taste great.
