So so tasty!
This is our all time favorite meat rub. Interestingly our absolute favorite way to use this rub is to mix with some olive oil and marinate salmon fillets in it. Cooking the salmon on the Webber gives the marinade a delicious flavor on the crispy skin. My husband also loves it to marinate chicken and beef.
