Room for improvement

I’m spending so much time in this chair that I’ve got some notes and observations. I wish the recline and foot rest functions were independent so I could get myself positioned just right. Instead of the phone holder a little table for eating would be a lot more helpful. If the arm rests would lock in place somehow they’d be 100x better, it’s so frustrating to get them right where you want them and then have them move. Also, the color is way more 80’s Dr office terracotta than brown.

Customer service is excellent Part of our chair got lost during shipping and they sent a replacement immediately Chair is very comfortable and well built

I buy for my daughter and went she put it together she try it and i ask her about it she told me mom that chair is amazing soft thank you i say abrothing for my grand daughter first time been a grandma and so excited god bless for every one amen!!!
