If unboxing is an art, then pearls studios should win the Oscar for it. My package arrived in a sealed bag, in a small carton box, with inside a lovely welcome card, and the clips were wrapped in customized paper and each of them in an cotton bag. Ordering and shipping went smoothly as well and the product looks as gorgeous in real life as on the picture. Only smiles from my side.
