Prep / Under Coat For Limewash (Super Matt Finish)

The customer service is shocking! I watched all the videos, I bought all the tools you said I needed and the paint I got was nothing like the images. It had no colour tone whatsoever. I did 4 coats and still nothing. I emailed you with images and you told me I must be doing it wrong. Which has nothing to do with no colour tone. So I spend more money and bought a few shades darker thinking that would work. That was also nothing like the colour on the images. I again send images after another 3 coats to which you just ignored me. So I’ve spent hundreds of pounds on a product with no colour tone and your customer service desk ignoring me. I wouldn’t recommend the product at all.

Limewash paint arrived very quickly and freshly made, only managed to put the first coat on the wall but it is safe to say it is high quality product and colour shade we bought was as advertised, would definitely recommend.
